Duke Map Loader Readme

I made this loader for myself to load maps into duke nukem3d. I then 
decided to release it to the public as shareware. The only thing 
required to register it is an e-mail to me at weare138@worldnet.att.net

Version history:

ver 1.0 - Just loaded maps (didn't release this version)

ver 1.1 - added skill select, no monsters, and fake multiplayer
          also added support to start build.

ver 1.2 - redid alot of the interior of the program, added configuration
  	  for duke, The first time you start it, it will ask for the
	  location of duke.
